Introductory Lessons

At White Dragon Martial Arts in Thornton, Colorado, we provide a strong foundation for beginners through our introductory program. This includes three half-hour private lessons, giving new students focused attention from our experienced Thornton instructors. During these sessions, students learn the basics of Pai Lum Kung Fu—covering proper stance, form, and technique. We designed this program so students from the Thornton, Northglenn, and Westminster areas can feel confident before joining regular classes.

Group Lessons

We also offer high-energy, structured group classes that bring together students from across Thornton and nearby neighborhoods. AWARENESS

One of the best decisions i have ever made. Sifu Post has taught me so much and I've grown a lot in the nearly 2 years that I attended. While there I not only learned how to fight, i learned to focus my energy into more positive things in life, and met some amazing people along the way. In doing so I have become more aware of what I want from life and it has helped me to set goals and achieve them. Unfortunately my decision to leave Colorado means that i can no longer train with Sifu Post. My experience here will stick with me for life and I’m very grateful to have found this place.
