Introductory Lessons

At White Dragon Martial Arts, we believe in providing a strong foundation for beginners through our introductory program. This program consists of three half-hour private lessons, allowing individuals to have focused attention from our experienced instructors. During these private lessons, students will learn the basics of martial arts, including proper techniques and form. We designed this program to ensure that newcomers feel comfortable and confident before transitioning to regular classes.

Personal Lessons

For those seeking more personalized training, our private classes offer a tailored experience suited to individual goals and needs. Whether you want to improve a specific aspect of martial arts or prefer one-on-one instruction, our skilled instructors will work closely with you to create a personalized training plan. In private classes, students receive undivided attention, allowing them to progress at their own pace and receive feedback tailored specifically to their development.

Group Lessons

In addition to private instruction, we also offer dynamic and engaging group classes at White Dragon Martial Arts. These classes provide a supportive and motivating environment where individuals of all skill levels can train together. Our group classes focus on building strength, flexibility, and endurance while refining martial arts techniques. With our expert instructors leading each session, students benefit from the collective energy and camaraderie of training with fellow martial artists. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, our group classes offer a stimulating and rewarding experience.

Sifu Post with two students holding up awards

One of the best decisions i have ever made. Sifu Post has taught me so much and I've grown a lot in the nearly 2 years that I attended. While there I not only learned how to fight, i learned to focus my energy into more positive things in life, and met some amazing people along the way. In doing so I have become more aware of what I want from life and it has helped me to set goals and achieve them. Unfortunately my decision to leave Colorado means that i can no longer train with Sifu Post. My experience here will stick with me for life and I’m very grateful to have found this place. I hope to keep pursuing martial arts, but this place certainly ignited a spark. - Cole McCormick
